The Foundation
Where your health journey begins. The Foundation is a 3-session program designed to give you a clear, personalized path to better health by helping you understand your body with science-backed answers and meaningful insights, so you can finally start feeling like yourself again.
We begin with comprehensive gut health testing using the most advanced microbiome test available. This allows us to understand exactly what’s happening in your gut, including imbalances, inflammation markers, beneficial and pathogenic microbes, and root contributors to your symptoms.
With these insights, you’ll receive a personalized roadmap to improve + support your unique biology (not generic advice or trend-based options). Together, we’ll uncover what your body needs to function at its best and build a plan that feels supportive, sustainable, and doable in real life.
Session 1: Health Assessment + Testing
(1) We start with a 70-minute review of your health, medical, and nutrition history so I can understand the full picture of what your body needs. You’ll receive personalized diet and lifestyle strategies you can begin using immediately to support your body and calm symptoms.
(2) You’ll receive your Stool Test kit, which you’ll complete privately at home following simple step-by-step instructions. Once your sample is mailed in, the lab analyzes your microbiome using advanced technology.
Session 2: Targeted Healing Session

This is where everything comes together…Once your Stool Test results are in, we’ll walk through them thoroughly and thoughtfully - not just what each marker means, but what it means for you.
This session is entirely about your specific biology and your specific story.
From this deep understanding, I create a highly personalized nutrition, lifestyle & supplement protocol designed to support what you need:
Best foods + nutrients for your gut microbiome and digestion
Foods to minimize (only when truly necessary, we’re never restrictive without cause)
Daily habits that support healing
Targeted supplement recommendations based on your data
Practical, doable steps that fit your life
By the end of this session, you’ll have a clear, customized plan that feels aligned, functional, and grounded in real science not trends, fads, or assumptions.
Session 3: Final Healing & Strategy Session
*2-3 weeks after Session 2*
In our final 60-minute session, we review your progress, refine your nutrition and lifestyle plan, and clearly outline your next steps so you know exactly how to continue supporting your gut health long-term giving you clear direction, confidence, and a personalized path forward.
You’ll walk away knowing exactly why things are improving and how to maintain that progress with ease.
Continued Coaching Sessions
Continued coaching sessions are available for clients who have already gone through The Foundation. These coaching sessions can be booked individually or bundled in packages for added convenience and savings.
Continued coaching is designed to keep you supported, accountable, and on track as you build and maintain your new healthy habits. These sessions are where you’ll gain your confidence in creating lasting, sustainable changes that support your whole-body health.
